Dr. Caro is an acknowledged leader in the field of Fibromyalgia and has
thirty years of clinical experience, teaching and research experience
in the field treating fibromyalgia!
Dr. Caro was born and raised
in the United States, and did his undergraduate work at the University
of Southern California. His medical school training was at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) (http://www.ucsf.edu/). His post-graduate training in Rheumatology (what is a rheumatologist?) was at the University of California at Los Angeles. He is a Founding Member of the American College of Rheumatology. Rheumatologists, as you may know have a special interest in auto immune diseases and fibromyalgia.

Dr. Caro has been in practice at the same location in Northridge,
California since graduating from his Fellowship at UCLA. He is now an
Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine on the UCLA Clinical Faculty
and has authored 17 peer reviewed articles, nearly all of which have

Dr. Caro has been invited to lecture before his peers on numerous occasions and is active in Northridge Hospital politics.
Dr.
Caro is married and has three children, is a practicing Catholic, and
maintains an active interest in the humanities, and particularly art
history.
